My Epitaph
Apr 11th, 2007 by Glenn Tan
Can’t believe i’m writing this, haha… i was tagged by Steve Aitchison post here on writing your own “My Epitaph”. Yea , you could call it a meme.
I was wondering what’s an epitaph until i looked up the dictionary and notice its the writings on the tombstone to commemorate when someone has passed away! But although i will be in army tomorrow , i’m not finished yet! My 2 weeks confinement.I’ll try to automate some posts that you can read while i’m away.So you’ll be missing probably about 2 weeks of posting right here at my blog but do come back to read the stuff ya?
Ok i’ll try to write a good one to win the $10 , haha.. you certainly got me *blink* *blink*
Before i begin, its stated there that i need a 106 words or less. I suppose Steven Aitchision’s “My Epitaph” is that long. Ok, i admit i counted, its 106.:P
Firstly, if you’re reading this Steven or anyone else, i will want to make the “My Epitaph” a great lasting impression and and optimistic one at that and not just something that is a look-and-forget kind of thing. So that when people read, it will be something to learn and not just remember.
Here i go…
My epitaph
Glenn Tan is one optimistic person that hopes that if you read this , you’ll be one too.He loves tennis , soccer and blogging to empower people. He is also particularly interested in life-long learning and new challenges. He embraces people in need and reaches for the HEART.Although he has ONLY worked in an insurance company (so far before army) for 3 months, he has left a lasting impression of love and helpfulness and is missed.Seen by friends as a hardworking and kind person,he is.If he could say one thing to you now, its “Literally, live this like your last day!”He smiles.
